Jacqueline Graham

Jacqueline Graham has over 20 years leadership experience in corporate and franchise retail and sales organisations, following qualification as an Industrial Chemist. Having held senior roles in major listed businesses in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia, often as the only woman in the room, she understands the benefits of active inclusion and is a passionate advocate for women in the workforce.
She has initiated workplace mentoring circles and career coaching workshops and a track record of supporting and encouraging other women to step up to leadership. She has also engaged with male leadership colleagues to create internal champions of change, and a network of future leaders equipped to develop diverse and inclusive teams.
Jacqueline is the current President of BPW Australia, a not-for-profit association of local Clubs (affiliated to BPW International, dating back to 1924) which maintains the Equal Pay Alliance, advocacy for the SDGs and WEPs and local action for and with members.
Jacqueline brings a broad skill set of operational, management and collegiate experience to the AGEC Board. She sees connecting across boundaries as a key to driving change. Jacqueline has previous Board, Executive and volunteer experience in music and church groups, specialising in inclusion.
