AGEC 2021 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Australian Gender Equality Council will be held on Thursday 25th November 2021 at 1pm and will be accessible virtually via Zoom. Representatives from AGEC Member Organisations are invited to attend. The AGM will hear from the Chair and CEO on AGEC activities for the year just past, and AGEC’s plans for the coming year. The annual Director Elections are held at the AGM. Full details of the meeting and registration procedures will be provided in the Notice of Meeting emailed to Members on 4th November 2021.

Sometimes it can be hard to describe Executive Presence. And yet, we know it when we see it, when we hear it, and when we feel it. Whether it is in person or online, the ability to command a space, to connect easily, to influence at any level. These are signs that Executive Presence is “in the house”. Is it born or is it bred? Well, it’s a little of both. It is self-awareness to capitalise on our authentic strengths and having a flexible approach in our communication style. This adds up to more successful outcomes and a stronger and more positive personal brand.
In this 45 minute session, hear from Shannon Dolan, Executive Coach and Director of Performance Power about understanding what makes Executive Presence. She will cover:
