February saw the release of the most up to date research on how to implement gender equality in the workplace. This study has been one of AGEC’s top priorities since our launch in 2018. The Report sets out 12 key elements of leading workplace practice in gender equality. AGEC challenges all businesses to assess how they measure up to the best practice standards set out in the Report.
