AGEC 2021 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Australian Gender Equality Council will be held on Thursday 25th November 2021 at 1pm and will be accessible virtually via Zoom. Representatives from AGEC Member Organisations are invited to attend. The AGM will hear from the Chair and CEO on AGEC activities for the year just past, and AGEC’s plans for the coming year. The annual Director Elections are held at the AGM. Full details of the meeting and registration procedures will be provided in the Notice of Meeting emailed to Members on 4th November 2021.

The Australian Gender Equality Council holds its Annual General Meeting in November each year. Our 2021 AGM is scheduled for 1pm – 3pm on Thursday 25th November. Representatives from all our Member Organisations are invited to attend along with key stakeholders and partner organisations. Details of the exact meeting start time and location will be sent out with the Notice of Meeting 21 days prior to the date of the AGM. Members and others can attend in person or via the Zoom link that we will provided to those that register to attend.
The Annual General Meeting includes the election of Directors to the AGEC Board, the presentation of the Chair and CEO Report and the Financial Report for the year ending 30 June 2021. Under AGEC’s Constitution only AGEC Member Organisations are entitled to vote on formal resolutions of the meeting include the election of Directors. The AGM Agenda, location and Zoom details will be sent to those who have registered to attend in the week prior to the meeting.
