Former AGEC CEO

Kim was  CEO of AGEC from February 2022 to October 2023 and led AGEC’s campaign It’s Time for a gender equal Australia. During her tenure Kim also strengthened AGEC’s connections with key Canberra decision makers and with our Member Organisations.  Kim remains a strong advocate for AGEC and its work. 

Kim has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate affairs, advocacy and government relations executive successfully delivering on brand and reputation projects in the social services, health, research, aged care, family and child welfare and not for profit sectors heavily working on gender equality, women’s safety and economic security within these sectors.

Her skills include building and leading teams in strategy development, reputation management, growth strategy, internal and external communication, research and analytics, stakeholder engagement, advocacy and government relations and partnerships.

She has worked both in-house and as a consultant, managing her own consultancy for 17 years, while partnering with top-tier organisations such as Rowland, BWH, Deloitte Digital and PwC. During this time.  In addition, her formative background is as a Registered Nurse, working in numerous Brisbane hospitals and overseas hospitals.
