Women in Digital is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to solve problems and create a better future for all. Building inclusive products and services depends on greater industry diversity, and they are there to support that change.  Created by Holly Hunt (nee Tattersall) in 2014, Holly was inspired to create an organisation that connects industry leaders to host practical, skill-based workshops, have real conversations about career growth and bring together like-minded humans who can support one another. Women in Digital is proud to now work with some of Australia’s leading technology businesses and industry heavyweights to deliver events and awards as they work collaboratively to create a more sustained impact on diversity in the industry. They do this by:
  • Connecting: We’re all about building connections within our community of women in digital and industry allies through our vibrant regular events. Through our events, we aspire to make digital and technology an inclusive place where everyone can belong.
  • Educating: Our storytelling approach educates and inspires. We share captivating stories of women in the digital world, showcasing their journeys into technology and digital careers.
  • Empowering: Honouring industry leaders at our annual awards gala, we empower and inspire the next generation of girls and women to blaze their own trails.
