And how do you make it to the top in your chosen field? \nWe invite you to join us in conversation with Belinda Hogan\, CFO of 86 400\, Australia’s first smartbank as part of the WiBF Leadership Series. Earlier this year\, Belinda was named one of the AFR BOSS Young Executives for 2021. \nBelinda is an accomplished finance leader and banking executive who has experience across multiple functions including management and financial accounting\, treasury\, credit and banking operations\, taxation\, governance and collections. \nBelinda will share the key challenges she has faced and what she has learned along the way both personally and professionally in her career\, having landed her first CFO role at the age of 28\, transitioning from a ‘traditional’ to a ‘neo’ bank and being at the forefront of the evolution of smartbanks in Australia. \nThis session will cover: – How Belinda created opportunities at such a young age\, to get to where she is now\, including becoming CFO at the age of 28\n– Her experiences at 86 400 and helping to build the bank from the ground up through to acquisition by NAB\n– Her top 3 takeaways for up and coming entrants into the banking and finance industry on how to can carve their own paths and stay true to their values.
