DESCRIPTION:What will it take to continue advancing women in law over the next 100 years? \nIn 2018\, NSW celebrated a significant milestone – 100 years of women practising law. \nWe acknowledge that the industry has seen significant change and movement but there are still opportunities to innovate and challenge traditional thinking. This journey continues as we look to the future from year 101. \nAt this inaugural event\, we will bring together a panel of high profile women in the Australian legal industry to take part in a forward-focused conversation discussing the challenges\, opportunities and their vision for the next 100 years. In particular\, the panel will explore: \n\nWhat do we expect from our industry and the next generation of leaders (both male and female) to ensure progression?\nWhat needs to change to allow the next phase to progress in a constructive and considered way?\nWhat are the systems\, processes and structures that need to be established or reinvented over the next five years?\nHow will we hold ourselves accountable for leading this change?\n\nThis will be the legal industry diversity event of the year. \n
